Northern Roofing Specialists Ltd is looking for an experienced roofer to join our team on a residential roof replacement project in Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out full strip and re-tile works across multiple properties to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

• Stripping existing roof coverings safely and efficiently
• Re-tiling pitched roofs including ridge, hip and valley details
• Fitting new felt, battens and insulation as required
• Installing guttering, fascias and soffits where needed
• Working safely at height in accordance with site health and safety regulations
• Liaising with the site manager to ensure works are completed on schedule

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of pitched roofing experience
• Valid CSCS card
• PASMA or IPAF working at height certificate
• Own tools
• Reliable, punctual and comfortable working at height
• Full UK driving licence preferred
